WARRANTY
In case of proven manufacturing defect, the company Veneta Acciai Srl guarantees its products for a period of 24 months from the delivery made – (after-sales warranties: Article 128-135 of the Consumer Code.) This warranty lapses if our products they are not used, installed and maintained for the correct use for which they were built, or if original spare parts produced by Veneta Acciai Srl have not been used (see use and maintenance manual). The Company Veneta Acciai Srl will not be responsible for the costs of removal, replacement, shutdown, repair, subsequent to the installation of the defective product or for any expenses incurred by the direct or indirect customer unless previously agreed, ascertained and accepted in writing by part of the company Veneta Acciai Srl. The client upon express request of the company Veneta Acciai Srl will have to render or give exhaustive documentation regarding the product found to be defective so that the company Veneta Acciai Srl can perform a verification and / or an inspection on the complaint. Without the possibility of verification, the company Veneta Acciai Srl does not accept to replace or intervene to resolve the issue.
