WARRANTY
Veneta Acciai srl guarantees its products for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery, in case of proven production defects – (after-sales warranty: articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code). The warranty is void if the products are not used, installed and maintained for the correct use for which they were produced, or if non-original spare parts of Veneta Acciai Srl have been used (refer to the user manual and instructions for use ‘use). maintenance). GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
Except for special agreements, prices are always intended for goods delivered ex-works.
CONTRACTS
For the execution of the order, only our written confirmations commit the company and define the entity of the supply. Any further agreement or modification of our order confirmation must be written, under penalty of nullity.
DELIVERY TIME
The starting point of the delivery period is the date of acceptance in writing of our order confirmation. No case of late delivery can give the Customer the right to cancel the order. We consider the effective delivery date to be the day on which the goods are made available to the customer for collection or the day on which they are sent by courier or by post. In case of late delivery, we do not accept to pay penalties.
EXPEDITION
The shipment of goods will be made, in the absence of instructions at the time of order, in the manner that we judge the most appropriate, without commitment of our responsibility regarding the cost of transport. Shipment is always carried out at the risk and peril of the Customer, even if the price is understood as free of charge for the Customer.
DISPUTES
For any dispute, the court of Venice (Italy) is exclusively competent.
